Checkout Instructions

Please...

1) Checkout by 11am,

2) Start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes,

3) Return the parking pass (if used) to the top drawer left of the stove,

4) Message me that you're leaving,

5) Lock the unit door on your way out.

The parking pass is very difficult to replace, thus I charge a $250 fee if the supplied parking pass is not returned to the unit upon departure. You have a 2-hour window during which you can park on 20th Street without the parking pass.
